[TOMT][MOVIE] Dystopian movie with America in the title from about 2017

This movie has been bothering me for a while now as I don't think I've heard or read anything about it since I saw it. It was like a couple traversing across an post-apocalypse wasteland version of America. There was a bit where they were in a bar and they had to sort of shove knives through their hands. Towards the end there was a tank painted in the colours of the American flag and a woman shoots off another character's face with a shotgun. I strongly remember it having america or patriot in the title although I can't be 100% sure.
