Damn! That's a low cost! I'm terrible for continuously adding stuff to make the ship more beast-mode and blowing my budget lol. You must have much in the way of self control!
It was hard to controll myself, not gonna lie :D I would've loved to add so much more! But by keeping armor very simple and using CRAMS as well as small engines and a simple AI, the cost is fairly low. I could probably make it even cheaper if I'd want to, but thats not the point of this ship!
What kind of ships can it take out 1v1?
For example a Plunderer, which is at least twice the cost.
Daaaayum nice dude
I can never not cram as much weapons as possible into a ship....
I have no self control
Those guns look stubby. How accurate are they?
The Main guns have an inaccuracy of 0.6 to 0.7° and the secondary ones berween 0.5 and 0.6
That said, those guns are fairly inaccurate, it could be worse, but the Engagement Ranges are usually fairly short anyways when fighting the DWG
She's adorable. I love it.
Thanks :D
This ship is just awesome.
I especially love the 1200mm cram setup. I think this might be the first time I have seen a cross deck fire setup in FtD. Does it work in game or does the crane get in the way?

While I doubt I'll ever finish it, you're in for a treat when I start posting about my latest battleship.
The crane rarely gets in the way, if it is hit, it just disappears. Other then that the setup works really well with the help of restrictions!
With just 60k and you make it look this nice gj on your build I always have struggle with megastructure but the megastructure on this looks really nice gj
What is a megastructure? Or do you mean superstructure? Anyways, thanks!
A megastructure is a very large artificial object, although the limits of precisely how large vary considerably. Some apply the term to any especially large or tall building.

That’s what I meant I was thinking of my bad I play another game where there’s megastructures my bad just got them mixed
Found the Stellaris player.
Yes you did
Allright :)
She is so cool!
I know :)
Excuse me? Only 60k??? How? My trashy guided missile frigate has like no armor, no aesthetic, is >100k and while can go 30m/s is so unstable that trying to go top speed could potentially capsize her if that was possible. (She goes so fast her entire hull except for the propellers get lifted out of the water at 60 degrees).
Edit: Also, really loving the protected cruiser aesthetic of your ship. The offset side turrets really bring out the pre-WW1 to WW1 look.
They Key to this build was propably the armament in making her cheap. To stabilise your craft either use hydrofoils or rudders put in horizontally.
I've had issue with want wanting to put my propellers as deep as possible but that put them farther below my ships mass and was causing it to twist upwards at high RPM. Tried hydrofoils and rudders but the effect was limited until I unscrewed myself and moved the propellers higher.
E1: autocorrect strikes again.
guided missile
well there you have it, missiles are the most expensive system to fit
Ah, a WW1 role player I see...
Not really, just trying a New nice style
If I could get FTD I would do so much WW1 stuff, I just have a PS4
i would name this ship:>!"B O B"!< pretty funny if ya ask me
Fair enough. The sad part is she already has a Name due to a naming sheme, however I'll Name the AI B O B
Name it after me
My "New fleet" is named after lakes around the World. She is called Lago Belgrano
Nice pre-post dreadnought / cruiser.
I dont know how to classify this...
I classified her as a light cruiser, since she is very lightly armoured and Armee which also reflects her role in my fleet
Would be a bit bulky for a CL for me, also my lights normaly dont have a heavy gun batery.
They are either torpedocraft, or they "screen" my bigger ships with lams and smoke.
But each fleet is different.
My Light cruiser vary alot. From the allrounders to the specialized ones, I use them All!
it's really funny how far ship "classes" diverge in the community. 60k would make this a corvette / small frigate under my definitions... light cruisers are >400k
