My boy does the same but he loves to race other dogs and no matter there size only just beats them in speed cause he doesn't want to go too far ahead of them
It's always great to watch her chase them and then decide to overtake and do it in a couple of strides haha. Really emphasises just how much faster she is.
There so fast other dogs just panting while mine is spinning loads and still in front of them he's no good for them to chase though he wants to be caught
She's had a similar chase/run about session with a very quick whippet mix, and that was great fun to watch haha. At one point she caught up and jumped over them because of the size difference.
Mine is great at the dog park with all breeds but she is used to playing with other greyhounds and is a little rough sometimes with smaller dogs. She would never hurt them though. I've been so proud of her there! She is always the attraction! She won't chase a ball or anything but loves chasing dogs that chase balls. Like someone else said, she lays back and only runs as fast as the dog she is playing with but if she goes from one end of the park to see another dog, she turns it up and is so beautiful to watch. Everyone loves watching her! BUT! she only plays for 5-10 minutes at a time and gets hot and tired and goes and lays in the community water bowl and then to shade. She has no endurance which I guess is normal.
Awwww- you can tell she is having so much fun! Beautiful girl! 💗
Is Azula an ATLA reference or from something else?
Definitely an ATLA reference! It's my favourite series of all time pretty much.
Incredible. We have an 8 lb Maltipoo I wanted to call Appa. My wife wasn’t sure the name fit the breed…
Great for Azula to make other breed friends! Still work in progress for my grey.
We've been slowly working in off lead play with dogs she's familiar with, and she's doing great. Her recall is very good overall, but having another dog she's going to focus on helps a lot with knowing she just won't disappear over the horizon. She loves to play!
