Cannot connect support e-mail , service cloud

Hi trailblazers :)

Steps : Service set up >>> connect your support e-mail. i have something else ...enter e-mail >>>Error .

Error : we could not register this email .

Error only happen in the org..it does not happen in trailhead orgs with the same e-mail.

Any idea please ?
