Hi everyone , I started recently to formalize my PMP knowledge in to prepare for PMP in a year. I am confused with Tasks vs Operations in cases where tasks will continue beyond project completion.

Right now I am managing a project from a law firm for their digital marketing/content strategy project.

1/ As part of the project strategy , I am organizing a schedule where lawyers that were assigned to the project will be creating content monthly. I implemented several processes to help them deliver and minimize potential risks.

However, this processes will continue after the project officially ends.

I created processes for them to keep producing after. (is this a normal part of project

I have 2 Ones sub and Upgraded Beam 2 for ARC . I was very skeptical of height channel with no ceilling speakers and was convinced it was some sort of illusion. I was also wondering if the updgrade was worth it.

** Heights channels **

Yes i heard noice , cracks , engine noises coming from above my head ... my girlfriend who was even sitting on the sofa properly (head on my knees ) heard it too.

** Movie = A quiet Place 2 4K Bluray **

I really think there arent much height effects in movies in general ....the movie was 1:30 height probably few minutes . Maybe Top Gun has a bunch of it . I dont think its worth chasing height channels.

Sonos SUB Gen 3 + Ones + (Beam 2) = I can afford to upgrade and sell one . I have the full system ..i wonder if arc is really gonna make a difference. I am not looking much for Height audio : but i am wondering is the arc really makes a difference on movies and bring the Front and Right channels out ...

Beam when i do audio test for 5.1 or Atmos i can feel F C R Channels but in movies they do seem to come all from center.. Is it really worth the upgrade or wait Sonos Arc 2 😁

Solution {Xbox seems to show atmos on Sonos App most of the time } Dolby Digital Plus (is watered-down Atmos for streaming services therefore i will use TV APP) NB: Tidal APP + Amazon prime Videos however shows atmos for music on Sony TV APP

I am an ATMOS noob ... When watching a Netflix show + same language on sony x85K App it shows dolby digital Plus on on sonos app. However on Xbox Series Xbox it show Dolby Atmos.

I read a few time it would recommend to go with TV App for ATMOS.

I was not able to see a significant change but which would be recommended Please? Use Xbox as it shows Atmos on Sonos APP ? or continue with TV

I have an LG C1 . Beam Gen 1 + 2 Ones SL. (About 3 weeks now) + Xbox series X

I am fairly satisfied with the BEAM BASS (i hope it does not get worse with arc)

SUB (I am worried about neighbours (3rd Floor) which is why i avoid it ) I wonder if buy the ARC would really make things better (for surrounds sound / Atmos and if its worth it ).

I watch action movies and play video games sometimes.

When i use normal mortgages calculators it show that i can only afford a 140-170 K house. The houses / Flats i want are 250-300 K

I have a job for the last two year. However i heavily invested instead building savings . Current salary is 40K + 10%.

I am able to deposit 100 K or up to 150K to buy a house.

The calculator however does not seem to care much about my lump sum.

Would it be easier to get a buy to let ?

I just want to get a house , in the end my goal is still to let if i leave the country later.

I see it more like an investment.
