Can we go after email spammers, spamming porn or vulgar sexual words to a minors email?
I notice on my email that i never use to sign up for anything porn has well porn advertisement spam right in my email spam folder or if not caught by the spam blocking then in your inbox, Your children get subjected to it so shouldn't they be arrested for spamming porn or sexualising children with subjects, titles, or images related to sex?
This should be away to bust them with something very criminal. Even more criminal than just spamming.

Gmail is good at making sure this content doesn't end up in my inbox thankfully. Others however who have children who have an email address get spammed this same porn stuff sometimes. There needs to be a way for a minor under 18 years old to report it as a criminal sex crime. I am under 18 and this spam is for adults button. Maybe on the subject line.
They sent it to a minor unsolicited. This can be on any account where a person is listed as under 18.

There already is, all the current laws about subjecting children to porn. Anyone else would go straight to prison for it. We all know porn itself is legal as long as all parties including the porn stars and the viewers are legal. If the child isn't looking for porn and signing up for it and it's unsolicited spam to your inbox then they sending porn to under 18 year olds who may or may not know by the subject line what it is. If a child signs up for porn for some reason the company sending the porn may not know. They have to refund any money just like old 1800 or 1900 porn numbers because they cannot legally profit.
