A list of triggers to look out for when creating a post would be nice. I don't wanna hurt anybody

meta

I've lately been getting more active on this sub and I know people that browse this sub are often times in serious situations.

I really don't want to do any harm so I'd really appreciate a list of things to look out for to potentially warn people in the title :)

!Self-harm, suicide, disassociation/derealization, dysphoria, bigotry, sexual or related topics, eating disorders, panic attacks, etc.!<

These are the ones that usually get tw-d, but you can't really account for everyone since anything can potentially be triggering. For me personally, >!dementia and other similar diseases!< are kinda bad, but I mostly have a problem with one particular album.

the third point (idk how to spoiler on mobile)

?

I absolutely get the rest.

Do I tw if I actually talk about the topic or is e.g. a razor blade already sh tw worthy?

It really depends on context, if it's just a razor blade then it's probably okay.

! You should probably google disassociation/derealization, you'll get the point quite quickly. It's like... a feeling that the reality around is fake, and you yourself are just an observer of an "entity" moving and doing things for you. It's something some trans people experience to differing degrees, although it is a completely independent thing. If your post has "the vibes", you could tw it, I've seen that done a few times. !<
