I really like Firefox. I have absolutely no performance issues and made very good use of the possibilities that come with the ability to use custom css and lots of extensions.

Recently I have had to repeatedly make use of the translation feature that's built-in with Edge

Is there a similar feature on the way? Are there any reasonable alternatives, even if just extensions that translate the whole page?

  • change bg colour of the whole menu

  • change border radius of the whole menu

  • change bg of single elements on hover

  • make bg of single elements on hover the whole width (Ive already found a way to do this. Just in case that conflicts in any way)

  • possibly change text colour

#extension icon styling

I essentially want to remove all of them. Ive seen some issues though

  • some have a dot in their css selector

what the browser toolbox shows on the specific item

If I am to remove this rule via the browser toolbox behaviour is as expected: The urlbar doesn't move at all.
