Have D4V2 in titanium... caught my toddler playing with it, don’t know what she did, now I can’t get the aux lights on, cycle through strobes or blinkies... yes, I tried factory reset several times... any ideas?
Edit: acting even weirder... if I go into lockout, momentary moonlight works on the first click, but then it’s out of lockout after that

Yup, I faced the same exact issue with my E07x Pro a few months ago. I never tried Anduril 2 before and I was really confused, until I realized it was Anduril 2 from the manual that came with the flashlight. Here's a detailed video of how Anduril 2 works.

Are you sure the reset completed? It takes a few seconds of holding it to prevent accidental factory resets if I remember correctly.
Are you in muggle mode? 6 clicks to exit. I think factory reset would fix this though
Yup, made sure... 6 clicks to muggle, 7 to turn on aux, stumbled into this problem a few times... literally trying for an hour, now it’s starting to do stuff not even in the menu
Sounds like your light must have Anduril2 and you're stuck in Simple mode.
Do 10 clicks and hold the tenth click to unlock Advanced mode.

Hmmmm this isn't quite adding up then.
How are you performing the factory reset?
The only other possibility (besides a hardware failure), is that you're stuck in Momentary mode. Loosening and then retightening the tailcap will get you out of it. Of course doing a factory reset should also get you out of it, but perhaps you are not doing that successfully.
Loosen cap, hold button, tighten cap, continue to hold for 3 sec... it even flashes super quick to let me know it reset.
I feel like I should take a vid to show what’s going on (and that it’s not just user error...)
