I had a functioning workflow, something broke, please help!

On iOS, I use the Highlights app to markup pdfs, then export to html. Go to obsidian, paste in note.

Previously, the images would automatically be saved as an attachment. However, just recently the images are not being saved. Instead, it shows temporary using some url, which breaks when the app is reloaded.

Any suggestions?

Front Ring cam (hardwired) stopped working.

Pulled it off, checked power with multimeter, only 4.5 VAC. And it’s not noise, but a clean consistent 4.5 VAC.

Line next to it is working fine, 120 VAC.

Bad-neutral to good-neutral = 0 V Bad-neutral to good-hot = 120 VAC Good-neutral to bad-hot = 4.5 VAC Bad-hot to good-hot = 102 VAC

Was working for years until a few days ago… anyone have any ideas how to fix?

Already called an electrician, coming out Wednesday, just want to troubleshoot in the meantime.

Specing out a build, found a 66mm CPU cooler and 56mm GPU, totaling 122mm.

This is technically 2mm over the combined 120mm limit… how precise are these limits? Will I have problems? Would you go for it?

As the title says, the “Show Remote Control” function doesn’t actually launch the remote.

On top of that, when I access the remote manually, there seems to be connection issues until I toggle wifi and reconnect.

If tried restating both devices several times, removing my device from the TV decide list, restarting some more, recreating the shortcut from scratch, nothing seems to work.

We start with the king of the GiantMouse Ace lineup - the Grand. Already a great knife, well known for its ergos and toughness.

But then REC came along to make the best even better by upgrading the steel to V4E steel and finished it off with brown burlap micarta for a rugged yet refined look.

For anyone wondering, V4E is basically Bohler’s version of CPM 4V… better edge retention than 3V, but tougher than M4. Now, it’s not corrosion resistant, but GM fixed that with a beautiful tumbled PVD finish.

First time working with G10, is it normal to still smell it through my P100 mask? Or is my filter defective?

Edit: I did pop off the cartridges and covered the ports to check seal, good to go there. And from what I can tell on Google, looks like smells do go through P100. Still, would love to hear your wisdom!..

As the title says, D4V2 has gone missing. Loved it, would absolutely buy again, but before I do I figured I should check with the community first to see if there’s something better for my particular needs…

What I’m looking for:

• Use: EDC, hiking
• Must have: Titanium enclosure, SOS strobe, IP68
• Wishlist: red light or moonlight light mode, glow gasket, tritium vial, simple UI (anduril is cool, but overkill for my needs)
• Preferences: flood over throw, temp <5000K

Have D4V2 in titanium... caught my toddler playing with it, don’t know what she did, now I can’t get the aux lights on, cycle through strobes or blinkies... yes, I tried factory reset several times... any ideas?

Edit: acting even weirder... if I go into lockout, momentary moonlight works on the first click, but then it’s out of lockout after that
