What do you suggest me to do from now

I am a Filipino-Japanese 10th grader. In the Philippines, Junior High School is from 7th to 10th grade, the Senior High School is 11th and 12th grade. I want to aid in the development of future Nuclear Reactors, so I want to be a Nuclear Physicist /Engineer. Where do you think I should study for University or perhaps Senior High School? Should I stay here in the Philippines or move to Japan, or perhaps some other place?

Additional Information: I speak English, Filipino, and Japanese. I can speak 1h-per school day student level Chinese. In Japan Middle school ends at 9th grade and High School starts 10th grade.

I've heard that at least for advanced reactors, majoring in nuclear engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering are the best choices. Idk from experience though

Basically this. I just studied mechanical engineering, and work in nuclear power in the UK.

You might do well to do your bachelor's in Japan and move on to graduate school in Europe or the US.
