A series of staccato notes, sung at a single pitch.
I know this is incredibly vague but I’ve tried every means I can think of to search for this, but I have so little to go on.
I have this ear worm of a lo-fi sound and someone “singing” a single pitch (or maybe two very close ones) in the following rhythm repeated four times:
Bah buhbuhbuhbuh bah buhbah buhbah
The lengths are all short, but the Bahs are held just a bit longer like:
-….- .- .-
That first sequence of one held and for short I originally remembered as six short, but now I think it’s this.
And the. Right after it repeats four times and my brain tells me some other identifying feature of the song should begin I have a mental wall. Please, I’ve been wrestling with this for hours!

I've detected that you might have described the melody with words* or notes/chords.
If that's correct, please try to recreate the melody or share a recording of yourself singing/humming:
*Even if those are the actual words in the song, hearing how they are sung could make it much easier to recognize.
