Most are open, both auto and manual, I have to scan a QR code on my auto wash
Car washes are currently open for dealership and other authorised business use (with permit). If you are found to be using them for personal reasons you can be fined, just FYI.
Businesses themselves have been fined for operating illegally.
Bit of birdshit on shitbox Astra probably adds value to it (now worth $1).
Don't knock Astras
Looks like it hasn't moved in months
This is why I do not park under trees overnight
This car looks dumped. Run the rego and report it to the council.
Judging by those big fancy houses surely the owner can afford a pressure washer or at least a bucket and sponge and some soap.
Mass produced, six week builds? About the same level of quality as a 20 year old Astra! Not impossible to wash a car, garden hose and a bucket of dishwashing liquid...

See that garage? Put your car in it.
The mobile detailing vans would probs give it a pressure wash if ya asked them nicely.
A pressure wash won't get dried bird poo off without soap unless your pressure washer is strong enough to blast the paint off.
Pre wash snow foam would soften it to the point that a standard pressure washer could remove 90% of it. Then a basic hand wash would take the rest.
Could always just...wash your own car hey?
