to hell with 0.0 WAR
this could be a 0.1 WAR season we're looking at
AND HE JUST HOMERED
Reminds me a little of Tucker and even Toro, starting slow but catching up hard when he finds his swing. I think he’s gonna be ok.
And his ba is still at .180. man this has been mother of all slumps. Mariners should count their blessing he found his way back.
he basically was trash until august when he changed his stance and now has a .981 OPS in the month of september
He's been playing out of his mind all september I love him so much
Before this double he had a .865 OPS and a 135 WRC+ in the month of september
It’s also on a .265 babip in the month, meaning he’s also getting unlucky in some regard
I don't know what his average BABIP will end up being, but its the highest out of any month so far so I'm not sure if he's lucky or unlucky here
I would love for this kid to finish the season on a tear. Spending the entire offseason knowing that you finished up the last month of the season raking should do wonders for his psyche. Will probably make him eager to get 2022 going.
I can’t imagine what his mental state would be if he spent the offseason knowing he was just lost at the plate all year.
