Dry Brine Question

[ Rib-Eye ]

I've seen a number of Youtube videos about the advantage of a 24 dry brine with kosher salt in the fridge prior to cooking. I've got some thick Alberta beef rib eyes I am planning on doing this with tomorrow. Should I re-salt them prior to cooking as well?

Cooking method either reverse sear or sous vide with a rosemary and garlic butter bath finish.
