Best Draft set?

What's the best set for drafting? The format I use is the one where a person opens two boosters and we snake pick through that. The next person opens two boosters and we snake pick through that.

Black & White's base set, Noble Victories, and Next Destinies are all pretty bad. Out of the sets in the Black & White block, that just leaves Emerging Powers.

Out of the sets in the HS block, Unleashed is by far the best. Actually, Unleashed is probably the best draft set in recent history. The set contains a whopping three draw supporters (four if you include Judge) and search cards in Interviewer's Questions and Dual Ball. This makes it a very fast-paced and fun format. The pool of playable cards is a bit smaller than other sets, but that's partially due to the fact that the set simply has fewer cards than other sets, which is a good thing (it makes it easier to build thicker lines).

Believe it or not, Call of Legends is a very good draft set. It contains tons of draw Supporters, and none of the Pokémon are very strong, so nothing is overpowered. Sure, there are a few useless cards, but it's the best draft set you're going to find in this TCG.

Is there a reason you're not using a more standard drafting format?

Is the standard drafting format the one used in magictg? I'm just doing what me and my playgroup are used to doing.
