What is it about MOBAs that brings out the toxicity in people? I just played a game where we had a really bad start mostly due to my poor play. Everyone kept giving me shit the entire time.

I admitted in chat that I played poorly but kept playing. We eventually turned the game around. I played a lot better/safer/strategic in the mid to late game.

What should have been a really fulfilling comeback victory just felt completely shitty because of what the toxic players kept saying about me. They didn't even address my improved play at all.

I just want to ask y'all to not get mad at individual players who don't play that well. You can be frustrated, but venting it into chat doesn't solve

I cannot buy this game because the digital download is locked, but I was wondering if those of you who have the game could help me.

Which of the races have the coolest physical attack and magical casting animations?

I think this is a really important part of character creation and I just want to know what a Lalafell looks like when he's using a lance or a Roegadyn looks like when he casts a spell.

I see this keystone on the tree and it calls to me. What's wrong with it? Why aren't there many people using it?

If I have two different added elemental dmg how will EE affect it?

I have a laptop with decent gaming capability but the graphics card doesn't allow me to play half of my library on steam. I am mostly interested in just playing Guild Wars 2 and Dota 2.

I have never built a pc before. I don't know if there are issues with compatability between parts or if I'll suffer in one area because I tried to skimp because of price or something. I just want to build a decently powerful gaming machine for as cheap as possible that I can upgrade in the future if I want to (unlike my laptop). It doesn't have to run everything at max settings.

I really don't know what's going on. This relationship is only 2 months old. However, due to summer break we are separated for the time being.

Being in a long distance relationship is hard, and being in a long distance relationship while in the 'honey-moon phase' is doubly so. I wanted to call and talk to her a lot but her mom got mad or something so she told me no more talking on the phone. We resorted to IMing but after a while a schedules didn't match up and I never really got to talk to her for an extended period of time.

I confronted her about this issue. I was trying to be patient but it built up and I wrote a long rant detailing my feelings and wishing to be able to communica

When it was revealed that Amon wanted to take away the bending of the victor of the probending tournament I was initially shocked. What if the Fire Ferrets had won? Amon clearly planned to take Korra's bending away last (from his speech to Korra during their confrontation). If the Fire Ferrets had won he would have had to take away her bending.

Then I realized that he wanted to control the result of the match through fixing the game. It were the Equalists who bribed the ref through Sato's funding.

It seems Amon is meticulous in his planning. I get the vibe he refuses to leave things to chance and this makes me begrudgingly respect his methods.

So over the weekend I drafted the MTGO cube 4 times. I had only started playing MTG when Shards of Alara was out so it was my first time seeing and playing with most of these cards. I gotta say, I felt like a badass wizard whenever I was holding onto force of will.

What about you guys? Did you have fun with it?

I just recently finished Matter and found it unbearably awesome. I have to talk to someone about it (but it's 4:30 in the morning for me right now).

I have not read all of the culture novels but I think my favorite is still The Player of Games which was my first. Following close behind would be Matter. Excession was also fun but I had to skim past some parts because I had to return the library book soon and I was also studying for my final around the time so I couldn't read at my leisure. The other two I have read I thoroughly enjoyed as well (The Use of Weapons, Surface Detail).

Who are you favorite characters?

Which novel did you enjoy the most?

Which novel would you rec

The first episode where we see Orpheus he introduces his cat that implied that it was female because of a moist q tip and it 'being in heat'. Later we go to hell and hear it talk in a clearly male voice. Simba is also a male name I think.

What's the best set for drafting? The format I use is the one where a person opens two boosters and we snake pick through that. The next person opens two boosters and we snake pick through that.
