Not super often if they put you in the pet's section and you got to lift the dog food then you'll be doing it decently often but not everyone is put in pets all the time there's usually a certain handful of people that get put for that job usually you can request to work things like the dairy area or other areas with things that are less than 50 lb. If you're working with cans you're not really going to be lifting over 50 lb because cans come in a specific packaging that is way less than 50 lb. If you're working somewhere like Walmart and you have to work anywhere from the garden center to sporting goods or hardware then you'll definitely lift more than 50 lb but again you can request to be put in places like dairy or grocery. Even if you were going to pet section it's not guaranteed that you'll have to lift the dog food because giant bags of dog food don't come in every night.
