That's true but the situations aren't analogous. Trump was someone who purposefully misinformed the public and is responsible for at least a half million additional COVID deaths. He didn't practice precautions and got the disease. Baldwin was an actor on set and was handed a prop for a scene. He never had any intention of harming anyone. It would be more of a parallel if someone broke into his home and he shot them after campaigning for gun control.
