Gateway experience tapes
Howdy, me again, can somebody give some feedbacks and their experiences with the full series of gateway tapes.

Hi, for me, wave 1 introduction most of the time gave me a lucid dream. I´m on wave 1 tape 5, only Hypnagogic Hallucinations.

fair enough, thanks for sharing your feedback. im still in discovery wave 1, and trying to spend more time in each tape.

Fair enough, thank you so much. Btw, can ik what wave are you listenin to? Im just startin in wave l — discovery, and ig it will be long haul journey.
I have reached wave six but I go back to the beginning frequently. I think it’s most powerful if you spend a lot of time in each set. But that’s just my perspective and I’m sure it’s different for everyone. Try not to have an outcome in your mind…just focus on enjoying the process more than what you’ll get out of it in the end. I get these full body waves of bliss and expansion as I do a session. Sometimes it happens for 10 seconds and sometimes it’s throughout the session but even one wave of this bliss makes that session worth it. I feel so relaxed and great with every session and that’s why I continue. Other folks do it to learn AP but for me it is about zooming out and enjoying the full process and how the tapes have helped me expand my consciousness.
I think I'm trying too hard, I been through them a few times now and I have nothing to report.. Maybe I have the wrong interpretation. The reason I say this is because I've had a few great meditation experiences of my own but nothing with the tapes. You got any tips for me that might help me?
Yes good sound headset, make sure his voice is in your right ear. A relaxing place that’s warm and comfy. And breathe in through your feet ..,pulling energy up through your feet and hold in your head then I push it out breathe it out through my head or back through feet. Focus on the sound waves…just relax and enjoy
