My only criticism of the shop owner was when she pulled out the bat. Don't bring out a lethal weapon unless you plan on using it or it might get taken away and used on you.

The problem is that she's only one person against two, and they were refusing to leave. She should have called the cops, but that would have meant having to stay there with these (potentially dangerous) people for a long time.

Agreed. Can’t pull the bat out unless you’re willing to use it. Calling the cops for trespassing would have been the wise thing to do, after going and getting the bat. The bat, held down low along the leg, tells these dumbshits “you’re going to be in trouble with the law, you’ll be in worse trouble if you get more stupid than you already are…”

What are they sovereign citizens of? If their claim of sovereignity were acknowledged would that mean they were not citizens of the United States? If they were not citizens of the United States would that mean they were here illegally? Could they be arrested and sent to Guantanamo before being deported to a country willing to take them? FYI When a cop asks to talk to you separately it’s not a good sign for your case. Usually going to arrest one of your group members or get information that may conflict or give a chance for somebody in the group to come clean.
Anyways that female cop definitely got some whiplash as soon as she gave the phone back lol
