[problem] games don't download properly through the pc oculus store

i've been trying to install stormland since yesterday, but apparently every time i loose contection to the internet, the download gets cancels.

i am using the latest version of the oculus store for windows. i changed the default directory for games, but the store already put files in the new location, so i know it shouldn't be a permission issue. there also is far more than enough space on my disc.

is this normal/a common issue? does anyone know how to fix this? i'm trying to download stormland one last time right now. if it fails agains, i will reinstall the store and if still doesn't work then, contact the support. if i figure something out, i will edit this post.

edit0: i disconnected my pc from the internet, paused the download, continued the download and the download seemed to be cancel completely. then i reconnected my pc, started the download again and oculus found the stuff, that it had previously downloaded. this didn't happen before. i think i will pause the download frequently now. maybe that prevents total loss somehow. maybe the issue is something else.

edit1: i just paused the download, restarted my pc and continued the download. it wen't back down to 0%. it seems i have to do the whole download in a single session...
