If I donate a testicle to a guy who couldn't "produce" would he impregnate a girl with my kids?
Pretty much sums it up in the title. Are his kids mine?

Yes, because the cells that divide and mature into sperm are in the testicle itself.
Are testicular implants a standard medical practice? What medical purpose would that serve?
To let someone else have your kids
If my friend can't have kids, and i'm done having kids, i'd give him my ball?
wouldn't it be more fun, easier, and cheaper to just fuck his wife?
but then you can't call him "frankennuts"
The hard part would be getting the testicle/his body to accept the transplant. But, supposed it did, he would produce sperm with your DNA. The stem cells are stuck in the seminferous tubules, forever replicating the same combos of DNA. The only real difference is that it will be getting its blood supply and nutrients from somewhere else. Also, the recipient would be getting some hormones from it as well. This is all saying that the transplant was a 100% success with all retained functions.
