Find a new running route anyway. I started cycling down Blenheim Road when the Riccarton Road roadworks began a couple years ago, and despite being with 60+ km/h cars it feels safer because there are no parked cars.

It was informed prior, unsure if with council but it was advertised and expected.
Theyre people who've gone down the rabbit hole and fallen victim to disinformation.
