Pan-Slavic Union Not Working
I've integrated all the required nations, I have cores on them an everything, yet I can't declare the Pan-Slavic Union. Anyone know if there's a way to fix it or something, eh?

One of the requirements (although it arguably shouldn’t be one) is that they accepted when you offered to form a union. From the screenshot, it looks like Czechoslovakia and Bulgaria did not accept.
Czechoslovakia did, Bulgaria didn't, I was at war with them at the time of the focus. Also Yugoslavia went down the split up focus tree, so only Serbia expected and I had to annex the rest.
