My original tenancy agreement in Sydney says rent costs include gas, electricity, and water. The property is not separately metered. There is a small clause later down that says water will be paid if separately metered. Now the landlord wants to separately meter. Can they ask for me to pay utilities? Even if the lease agreement says I don't need to pay? If they can ask me to, how much notice must be given? None?

I just got Route 66 in day in competitive. In an earlier game, I had it in the night. Looking up the map pools, it says Route 66 should be night. What happened here?

So did all those civilians who Harrow and Ammit took the souls out of stay dead when they were defeated? I mean it never shows them go back, so I assume they did. I mean that'd be another pretty crazy event for the MCU if a bunch of Cairo just died and no one really knows why. Also it'd be even crazier for them if they could see the big battle between the gods.
So I get that it takes place in France and the journalists are Americans, but is every character with an American accent American, or are they supposed to be French but played by American actors? Like does it just so happen that Moses the American was found out about by another American art dealer in a French prison? Or does it also happen that an American journalist is highly associated with a revolution in France led by an American student? And does it also happen that the head of the Police or whoever is American? Or are they all supposed to be French? Or something else entirely? According to google, the artist's last name is Berliner, and the revolutionary's last name is Italian. What na
This French (apparently the guy's Breton) ethnic map of the Balkan region from 1861 https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Balkans-ethnic_(1861).jpg refers to the "Pavtikans" as grouped with Bulgarians on this map. Who were/are the "Pavtikans" and are they referred to elsewhere? Nothing come up when I google it. So anyone here know?
Hey so is Blade going to be English in the MCU? I can't really tell what accent he's supposed to be doing in the post-credit scene. In the comics he is from Soho, London, but the actor's American. Anyone know what they're going for?
I made a faction with Hungary through focus tree, then did Germany alliance too, so it kicked me out of the one with Hungary? Why does the game not just make a big one? Is this in every tree?
I remember watching part of it on TV back like 10 years ago or something. It was a comedy I think, and it was like with young Jack Nicholson. And he was in like an office building on like the front of the desk or something, the boss?, and he was kinda crazy I think. Can't find it anywhere. I mean, there's also the possibility my memory is bad and it was actually like Bill Murray or Billy Crystal, idk why them two but they kind of vaguely appear in my head too. So anyone know what it is?
I've integrated all the required nations, I have cores on them an everything, yet I can't declare the Pan-Slavic Union. Anyone know if there's a way to fix it or something, eh?
I read somewhere else if you're at war with a major you can justify on minors way quicker, like in 10 days or something. I'm at war with three countries that are considered majors, yet when I try to justify on Saudi Arabia, it still takes like 2 years. What do?
Hey so if I happen to start as another nation, and then release play as Turkey within a faction that contains Germany and Austria-Hungary, would the achievement work or is required that you begin as Turkey? Eh?
