E1 Pro pan/tilt on its own
I recently purchased three E1 Pros and set them up in my house not using NVR. They are connected via WiFi, and have the latest firmware from the Reolink website. All three seem to pan/tilt on their own, going through full range of motion. I noticed it on one camera, every 2-5 minutes, for about an hour, then stops for a while. It happens once or twice a day it seems. I have SD cards installed so it had captured the video of this happening. Any suggestions? Since it’s happening one all 3 cameras, seems like a hardware or firmware bug? I have already reached out to Reolink support, but wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks in advance!

The camera do go through a reboot which pan calibrates once it powers up and i believe by default once a week. But if you are getting that often, definitely sounds like you need warranty replacement
Thanks, I did turn off the auto reboot on one of the 3 to try, and nothing changed. Just seems strange that it’s on all 3 cameras.
That's what happen when mine freezes and reboots itself. It sometimes does that when I try to check the camera using my phone or pc client. Update the firmware seems help a little bit.
