I upgraded to the ics leaked official a few days ago. The dialer is crap now.
Why isn't there an all contacts tab? Why doesn't the favorites tab have recently contacts?
Did I do something wrong, or is this the new dialer?

I have the same problem. I generally prefer touchwiz/stock roms over the pure android roms. But why on earth did they bury the contacts in ICS dialer?
I haven't looked at this ROM, but are you sure it isn't a case of a tab being hidden offscreen? I've always found the sliding tabs to be very unintuitive.

I am using AOKP 4.04 on my fascinate and must admit I like the new style alot better than the old touchwiz. I like how the recently contacted list is seperate from the contact history.
Its the new dialer. I'm using aokp 4.0.4 which doesn't have all that extra crap Samsung likes to bog your phone down with. Unless you like touchwiz.
