Any way to leave the frame exposed and make it look nice?

Hey guys, this detached garage is from 1960 and the wood looks great so I don't want to cover it up. Any way to make it look a little nicer and organized? I don't plan on adding drywall, insulation for the walls/ceiling, buying an insulated garage door, or doing any epoxy.

I honestly don't like the sterile look of a dentist office.

This is like porn from before cameras existed. Just some dude talking about his wood and how he's not going to do anything to it no matter what you say.

I used osmo 4001 base coat and osmo 420 because I wanted to keep the wood as natural looking as possible in my log cabin garage
