My switches are randomly going offline

Is anyone haveing issues with their Meross switches randomly going offline? Some of them are losing their config and going back to the unconfigured status where they blink to indicate they need setup. This all started happening after the AWS outage. I own a mixture of the 3 way switches, single switches, an outdoor plug, and some indoor plugs.

I have one that reset, and will not connect again, tried a dozen times.

I have one that has gone completely offline and just won't connect again either. I walked through the setup several times and it just won't hold the config. It just keeps going back to the blinking setup. My other switches are just randomly going offline.

I am going to contact support. They were helpful and sent me a replacement last time when I provided them a video of the issue.

I'm going to as well. I just wanted to see if other people were having the issue too.

I have a Meross roller shutter switch that worked perfectly fine until a disconnect 10 days or so ago.

Since then I can re-add it to the Meross app and Homekit with some effort, but it goes back offline after a while.

It may or may not be related to the fact that I updated the switch a few weeks ago to the latest firmware that was rolled out to resolve Homekit connection issues (which would be ironic).

Just before the problems started I ordered 3 more switches - I now hope that was not a mistake.

Yes I’ve noticed it’s with some dimmer switches.

None of my indoor plugs have been effected. but my out door dual plug has acted up one or two times but I believe it is because of a power outage and my mesh router system not syncing correctly.. Other wise they have been rock solid!

My outdoor dual plug is one of the flakier ones since the AWS issue. Everything was rock solid before that.

interesting I will have to watch closer. I will report back if I notice something.

Now that's interesting. I'm also running an Asus mesh system.

+1 I have an Asus Mesh system and am experiencing intermittent offline/outages with 2 of 2 outlets. One of them has a pretty poor signal and I'm willing to chalk that up to it. But the other outlets is 15ft away from an AP. u/rpg2 what did support say? I am hesitant to do any router config changes.

After much troubleshooting, the problem ended up being the Asus routers. I had a bad node in my mesh network. Once it was removed, things were much more stable. It isn't perfect but better than it was. I still have the issues with a couple of my Meross switches randomly deciding they're going to reset to factory default and having to walk through the setup again.
