I’ve noticed on the app that my account has many coins. I presume these can be used in the store against new Meross products. I’m planning on buying a few new smartplugs so would like to use these coins if possible.
Does anyone know how to use them and what they’re worth?
My Chamberlain garage door remote died again. And I was determined not to replace it.
I found the msg100hk in a blog posting, and 36 hours later I have it installed. Fantastic!
It was the easiest thing to add to HomeKit. And I didn’t need the extra part!

meross.comIs anyone haveing issues with their Meross switches randomly going offline? Some of them are losing their config and going back to the unconfigured status where they blink to indicate they need setup. This all started happening after the AWS outage. I own a mixture of the 3 way switches, single switches, an outdoor plug, and some indoor plugs.
I just wanted to write this for anyone who is thinking of getting either of the Meross Smart Garage Door Openers, the MSG100 and the MSG200 or the ‘Collie’ as it is known in some markets. I have had an extremely positive experience with both.
First, the MSG100 for single garage doors. I purchased mine from Amazon Australia, a total breeze. I used the tool on the Meross website to check compatibility before buying, and I even spoke to the support team and they were extremely helpful! It arrived and setup was pretty easy, connecting to HomeKit was seamless and plugging in the wires to the garage door motor and sticking the device to the side of it was easy too. I bought a 2 pack of the MSS550 3-way switches. I was thinking that they both had to be used together in one circuit but I saw a reference to using them separately with the other end of the circuit being a dumb switch. Has anyone in here used them that way?
I have been waiting for nearly 2 months now for the 3 way dimmer switch for Homekit. Is Amazon the only place to buy them? Wondering if I need to switch to another brand that is more readily available. I have been happy with Meross, but want to finish out the conversion to smart switches preferably with the same brand throughout.
Hi everyone. Looking to add to my Meross devices. But I’m noticing a lot of products are unavailable on Amazon, and least from Meross Direct.
Anyone know why?
Lately I’ve been resetting and re adding devices a lot. They add back to the Meross app and HomeKit then after a couple days they’re down again. If it was one or two I’d say the devices have issues but seems like most of them are doing this.
This past Thursday I reset three wall switches (mss510x) and two plus (ms110) and today Monday four days later two switches and two plugs (one came back after cycling the plug multiple times).
I’ve done this a lot over the past while and tempted to throw all of them out and move on.
Meross was once very reliable and I was tempted to replace more switches but not if this is happening.

I am a software developer and for personal use I have developed a Web version to manage Meross devices from the browser.
I created a backend in python (merossApi) and a frontend in Angular (merossJS).
