PSA: Minerva Location today
Minerva is at the Crater today. Her stall is located near the fast travel spot. If you are facing Crater then she is on your left. Note: I had trouble fast travelling to Crater today due to her presence. I got sent to the black screen (3 times) and had to close the game and restart - so a caution to you. If you're on a team you should be able to rejoin the same server, otherwise not.
What she's selling was of interest me to complete my collection of Artic Marine sturdy armor which has been a rare drop from daily ops. Even on my regular characters I still needed a piece or two to complete my sets. Prices in Gold bullion are 1500 for the Chest piece plan, and 1000 for the limbs and helmet plan.
She also has plans for the Crusader Pistol (2000 GB), Gauss Minigun, and Meat bag Stash

Just in case you didn't know, WhereIsMinerva.com is a tool we built that has her current or next event info (if there isn't one currently). It's got a screen grab of her location and the map too.
She'll be there another 1d16h as of my writing this.
Numbers after the item names are the bullion prices.

E Just realized the prices got updated on the wiki today. I'll get that updated in the next couple days.
many of the prices today were 75% of the amounts shown above, ie instead of 1333 they are 1000
Yeah - I published an update last night.
Not sure when Bethesda updated it in the game files, but the wiki team pulls directly from those, and I just scrape that into the tool. The wiki got updated yesterday morning.
