I love this so much. The line spacing is wonderful and impactful. I don't know how to explain it but I love the "backward" sentences? Like "the beautiful hum of nothing I play." Beautiful. Keep writing!!!

to finally unclench, I pray

for that sharp bite of pleasure.

my stolen moments each day,

of only warm static,

the beautiful hum of nothing I play.

the more Im with you

the longer I wish to stay.

Only a few more layers

of skin in the way

for my blade to hush

the whole world away
