Remote pairing issues
My remote has stopped working. I have attempted the reconnect by holding the left and info button, as well as unplugging the airtv for 10 seconds. I’ve even factory reset the entire device and then tried to reconnect my remote and all it does is flash its light. Any advice before it gets tossed in the trash and I cancel my service? I’ve had it for 2 years. Yes, the batteries are fresh and yes, I’ve followed the online troubleshooting.

I'm assuming you are talking about the AirTV Mini. Did you also try holding the button on the side of the dongle for at least 3 seconds to get the pairing screen to appear? I did that with one of mine along with the left & info button when it somehow got unpaired.
As a last resort if it fails to connect, you can always cancel your subscription then re-sign up and pay for 1 months service, and Sling will send you a CCwGTV device. It works just as well as the Mini although the remote is not as detailed as the Mini's remote (no dedicated buttons for FF and RW, Guide, nor Info).
Yes, I did hold the button for 3 seconds. Sorry, I forgot to put that in my original post. It seems to be just the remote that’s having the issue.
