Does anyone know if it’s possible for Algorand to be enabled for IBC transfers on the Cosmos Hub? It would cool to see Algorand having access to some of the other chains in the cosmos network.

I could be wrong but I believe Algorand's solution for blockchain interoperability will be State Proofs. You can watch a video on YouTube from Decipher that presents it. My understanding is that is basically let's you take a snapshot of the state Algorand Chain without needing to prove the entire history of the chain. This can be done securely and efficiently using Zero Knowledge Proofs of some sort.
