"I'm hosting a tournament to feature the finalists of the Team Liquid Map Contest 16!"
Are the finalist chosen already? I cant find them anywhere.
The finalists have to been chosen by judges by the end of the day yesterday (Feb. 1).
Judging Phase - Old: Jan 26 - Jan31 // New: Jan 26 - Feb 1
Tournament & Voting phase - Old: Feb 1 - Feb 6 // New: Feb 2 - Feb 7
QA & Iteration Phase - Old: Feb 7 - Feb 14 // New: Feb 8 - Feb 14
I would guess that finalist will be announced tonight or in the next couple of days.
LETS GOOOOOO! One of the most important events for SC2 - not for prize money, or prestige, but for actually showcasing the maps that will help shape our future meta!
Fun a tournament to watch. I'll never get back into sc2 to play it but I have gotten back into watch the competitive scene.
Is your title incorrect? Looks like it starts on Friday not Thursday. Friday, February 4 2022 at 18:00 CST (-06:00)
For clarity, it starts at 11am Friday 4th Feb Sydney time. This should be Thursday for NA
Probably because I'm not logged in or something
11:00 (11 AM) Friday, Feb 4th AEST (Sydney)
01:00 (1 AM) Friday, Feb 4th GMT (London)
20:00 (8 PM) Thursday, Feb 3rd EST (New York)
17:00 (5 PM) Thursday, Feb 3rd PST (LA)
Figure most people can find their relative time from one of those xD
Yeah. Now that I know it's just the day not updating properly I'll know that for future posts
I think you did your timezone conversion in the wrong direction. 00:00 GMT (Europe / UK) is 6 hours ahead of CST / 8 hours ahead of PST. So Friday 00:00 GMT is going to be Thursday 18:00 CST / 16:00 PST
I copy pasted what's on the forum
Lol, so they have the timestamp updating based on your TL user timezone preferences, but the actual day stays the same XD
That isn't great is it, lol.
