Does PWD trigger if you're not in active addiction?
I am a chronic pain patient, had 30 days clean, and was completely clear of any withdrawal symptoms (sleep was back, no noticeable PAWs).
I took a dirty 30 last night due to a severe pain flare-up. I feel "fine" this morning (besides the pain). I am in dire need of pain relief and all I have on hand to deal with it is suboxone until I'm able to see my pain doctor on Friday.
Would I still get PWD if I was to take suboxone today as I'm no longer physically addicted to anything?
Thanks!
E: To update anyone who finds this thread in the future, I induced Suboxone at 0.1mg per dose every 20 minutes and encountered no PWD and got the much needed pain relief.

When you say 30 days clean were you taking subs during that time? I know that when I was using & on subs, as long as I had taken subs earlier the day I used I would be good to use subs after my dose. If your totally clean there's no reason it should hurt you bc the full agonists getting kicked off won't cause WD symptoms
I was completely clean for 30+ days.
In similar situations in the past, where I had extended clean time, I have taken dirty 30s during the day and then took low dose naltrexone before bed without issue (I did this to flush my receptors off while sleeping to curtail tolerance build up to decent success).
So I was figuring it would be similar but know suboxone and naltrexone are different even if both work to bump off other opiates from your receptors.
