Stastically what should virat's(any after 2010 cricketer's) average be in this era to equal Sachin's 44.8

Just don't compare eras then, coz you can't
If you have to ever make an all time Indian XI, you'll pick both of them. If you have to talk about the best ODI batsmen ever, you'll include both of them along with some more people. Why do you need to choose one? No need to put them in the same bracket and compare
There is no number that will make Kohli better or worse than Sachin. It's about the impact they created. It's about the confidence they imbibed every time they came to bat. When Kohli stepped in to bat in 2018, anything less than a 100 seemed like a disappointment - that's his impact. The same Kohli, has 6 fifties in last 9 games (which is an average in the same range as Sachin's entire career), but has hardly put any impact. Hence, numbers can never define a career, let alone compare two careers
it's necessary tho, because sports change very rapidly and cricket has a long history. So, even the idea of an Indian XI for an year is an absurd one, let alone all time. maybe better players come along, maybe not. but if u can engage in the absurdity of an all time XI u have to participate in the activity of comparing eras.
Yes it's hard to compare..but people do it all the time..and it's fun
I think Kohli is slightly ahead on avg and a bit behind on strike rate, 55 avg and 100 strike rate is wt i would expect from tendulkar in this era, given abd abd avgd 60 @ 105 since Kohli's debut.
The three greatest bats have been Viv, AbD and Tendulkar in that order.

Don't think you should look at Sachin's average of 44.8. because that includes around 70-80 ODIs where he played out of position.
Sachin as an opener averaged 48 at a strike rate of 88 in a bowling friendly era compared to what it is now.
But then again,I think this you shouldn't compare eras and I personally find this time wasting and tiring. And also the people who grew up in 90s and early 2000s like me would say Sachin is better and people born after 2005ish would say Kohli is better.
Instead the better and possibly more mentally healthy thing is to enjoy Virat in the present and celebrate Sachin's career and watch his highlights because both are extremely special players!
It's fun though comparing...but yeah it's Very hard to tell
