Gladiator NXT replacement custom HAT caps

I read somewhere (probably in the comments on VKB's how-to video of swapping the A1 mini-stick with a HAT switch) that the A1, A3 and A4 HAT caps are interchangeable if needed.
My question:
Have any of you sourced or 3D printed either additional caps of the same design, or modelled their own?
I'm primarily interested in printing extra versions of the existing caps, in case I have a preference for one of them over the others
I've found some older and somewhat related posts but not much recent to go on, and nothing at all on r/hotasdiy
NB: I'm not interested in changing the HAT switch modules themselves, just the caps.
Something similar to these but the correct dimensions for the NXT.

Edit: failing that, does anyone know if the existing caps are some sort of standard format fit that I can buy new ones for from common hardware stores?

Fairly sure same fit as game controller joystick caps, given the ministick basically is one.
Careful with the cap used for the ministick as the greater range of movement means clearance from the grip casing is a consideration.

On the modern combat grip I need to change some hats as some are just an odd shape to use.
I'd like to do that on my Virpil Mongoose stick. The POV hat being smoothly round and off to the side and a bit mushy make it really hard to always push in the direction I want with the stick in a comfier twisted central mount position.
Yeah, I have this issue with the index finger hat and a couple others on the MCG. Just silly.
My guess is, they have too long of a stem anyways. So the throw on the hat is too high.
