Yet another Radio Free Monarch question

I did search this sub first, but didn't see anyone asking this question. If I missed it mods, you'll get no complaints from me for deleting this.

I was at the point of RFM when you have to go shoot marauders at the station. Already been through the caves, talked to all the C3 people, helped who I was supposed to help, made an honorary member and everything. You are attacking the front facade of the building. Joy's group is close to the 'front door' towards the left end of the building. Where you attack is on the right edge of the front, away from Joy's group.

I'd cleared out the first group of marauders who are on the ground and have a robot helper. Moving closer to the building, more marauders attack from the first level of walkways above you and some come down to the ground. While clearing this 2nd wave, Hudson ran over to my companions from the front door area and started shooting them. I had to kill him, right after that Joy ran over and attacked us, I had to kill her too. They both ran past live, shooting marauders in order to attack my group.

Has anyone else had this happen? I was doing this mission with Felix & Nyoka as companions. Was Felix a wrong choice somehow? They actually killed Nyoka while I still had marauders to deal with. I just thought it was super weird after what Berthold promises.
