The hair on my arms stood up when Mother Abagail told Nick that her grandmother had “the shine”. The continuity between his books is well known and canonized, but it gets me every time.

I just live the cross overs, it’s one thing that draws me to his work.
I think it increases re-listen value exponentially.
Im just sure I’ve missed an It or Shining reference somewhere along the way. I would Google it but that would spoil part of the fun
The Stand audiobook was excellent. I listened to it after surgery about 2 years ago and it was extra spooky.
Grover Gardner is one of the best narrators
He’s good with the voices. I feel like a little kid again.
