The reason why Touya faked his death was because he overheard Endeavor talking to the HPSC about giving him away. I’m probably not right and its far fetched but yeah.

You're wrong. Endeavor didn't know how to connect enough. And why would he do that if Dabi's quirk only hurts him?
Possibly he might have thought of sending him off to a boarding school. But honestly, I don't even think he did that.
It's probably going to either be him being saved by a random villian, the doctor, AFO, or a group of people who hated Endeavor and treated Touya like trash because of it. Or whoever did rescue him mentioned all the time that Endeavor was trash or heroes were. Or we see a misunderstanding where the media portrays Endeavor as saying something negative about him.
