Hussite monarchy event not firing?

Hey there!

So, I've been trying for the past few hours to get the hussite monarchy path for Bohemia- Getting the revolution itself and the hussites wasn't a challenge at all, but now the event for the crowning of the monarch hasn't fired about four months after I won the revolution.I kind of assume that I won the war too quickly (there was one militia unit in Vienna and nothing else on the border) and so the event didn't fire, but maybe I'm wrong? Did I miss a focus I need to take, or if I really did mess up the event does anyone know the event ID (or how to get it)?

Any help is appreciated :D
