[Linear Algebra: writing the associated matrix T(x)] I set up my matrix incorrectly and I don't understand why. The gray is my work and the red is what the answer is supposed to be. Idk why the weights of p''(x) are in the columns representing x^2 and x^3 if the actual equation is 2 + 6x. Thanks!
