VW Passat B8: Who knows the pinout/signalling/protocoll of the area view cameras?

I'm trying to find out what the interface of the area view cameras are for a small project of mine.

Who knows if it is USB? Ethernet-T1? Broadr-Reach?... Anything else?

The connector is a Fakra HSD with 4 pins.

I'm taking about this type of camera - P/N 5Q0980546A

The camera is part of the area view system used in 2017-current model year euro spec Passat and others (Tiguan, Arteon etc.). Extract from the (German) Shop manual here.

Thanks for any inputs to point me in the right direction.
