Get braces, get your eyebrows done, put hair product. Also you should look into fashion and learn how to dress. As a teenager try not to buy trendy clothes but a clean button up will do you wonders.

The only issues I see are that your teeth aren't straight, your eyebrows need doing and maybe a different haircut. All those things can be changed, your actual face is fine :)
