Couldn't agree more! I feel like she almost wants to focus on the tweets from a decade ago so that people think that's all this is about and decide that this whole thing is a non-issue and move on before they realize there's more.

Exactly! The majority of her base is Women and LGBTIQ. She pretended to support these communities and in reality she supported people who are actively taking away rights and support hate, racism, xenophobia, transphobia and violence. Her excuse that she was in a bad place in 2020 is bs. She is a graduate of Stanford and can think critically. She knew exactly what she was liking and supporting. This isn’t about being “woke” or “cancelling” she needs to have accountability. She actively gaslit and pretended to be an ally for money and fame. If she had been honest about her true opinions people would’ve known who she is and what she stands for there are many right wing maga tok tokers she could’ve been the next Candice ownens but there isn’t as much money and you don’t get invited to all the fancy events. Her silence on the subject says it all… Girl doesn’t give AF.

Exactly take away the Kim K of it all from a decade ago and this is extremely problematic still. 2020 wasn’t that long ago when she was talking in a mic about Diet Coke

I think people are most upset bc Tinx didn’t give them a chance to actually decide if they want to watch her content bc she was being dishonest. There are plenty of conservative influencers and if someone wants to follow them that is totally cool. Where I get upset is that I wouldn’t follow a conservative influencer. I wasn’t given the chance to decide that because Tinx wasn’t being honest. That’s really the crux of it for me at least.

Thissssss

I feel played, tricked, fooled, deceived. I would never support/follow someone with conservative values and she got me, dude.

Agreed but her comments about fat people are also examples of hatred and fat phobia. Saying it’s funny that fat people are at Coachella is saying that there are spaces fat people shouldn’t occupy. It’s dehumanizing it’s not just mean and shouldn’t be overlooked. As someone that girls look up to she needs to address that these comments are bigger than a dig at kim k. She’s saying that if you look a certain way, you’re wrong. That’s not ok.

Fuck off with this mentality. One school of thought is a VERY dangerous slippery slope. We need different political views. Who gives a fuck if she liked something? You’re allowed to have an opinion that isn’t “mainstream”. I don’t care what side you’re on. Respect that everyone has different views.
