Soft flanges for Spectra?
Anyone using soft flanges for the Spectra and have recommendations? Thanks!

I love pumpin pals. But as others say, you either love them or hate them. There’s only one way to find out and that’s trying them. Make sure you measure your nipples first before ordering. You’ll need a wide mouth adapter. Also if you have any issues their customer service is excellent and they email back within a few hours.

I use the adaptors from Amazon to use the medela pump parts with the spectra pump and then use the medela soft flanges. Also spectra doesn’t make flanges in my size so this works for me for multiple reasons.

Love lactek, hated pumpin pals

I would avoid pumpin pals. I tried them and they tanked my supply and gave me really bad clogs

I use lactek flanges and like them a lot! They are super robust, but you’ll need to get some adapters so that the flanges can be hooked up to spectra bottles and back flow protectors.

Yes! I have Lacteck and Pumpin Pals for my spectra. They’re fantastic! Highly recommend.

The maybe $40 you’ll spend is totally worth it for the lacteck products lol.
They are a good company too. I beta tested the 12mm flange they are putting out this summer and it was great.
I wish I could test their products before buying them😵💫 I’ve had such bad luck with flange sizes. 28/27 is too big, 24 is too small. I haven’t had the opportunity yet to try anything else. I hate pumping at this point.
I have these (the LacTeck flanges and Maymom connectors) and love them! Very comfortable and they definitely increased my output.
