This usually happens if someone else is logged in with the same account. Does someone else have access to the account?

I had this happen when I was trying to score soccer last year, but I do softball every week and have not had that problem

On Monday, we had a scorekeeper that was kicked out of scoring a game every time shortly after they clicked "Resume Scoring." Is anybody else having the same issue?
