Do you guys have any suggestions for Hell's Librarian punishments for Outsiders? I had a Saint last week that would immediately nominate and vote for someone and then talk over the other nominations since they didn't care about them. Usually, I would either remove their ability for a day or not let them vote for the rest of the day or kill them if it got bad. (Never actually killed anyone though: usually threatening Hell's Librarian is enough.) However, that wouldn't work in this situation, since Outsiders don't want their ability, are usually OK with dying, and in this case, didn't care about voting the rest of the day.

What would you have done to punish the 1 Outsider?

What are your guys thoughts on the maximum ratio of Travelers to normal players? Recently STed a TB game that had 6 Travelers (all except one stayed until the end) and 7 normal players and it felt as if good didn't have enough info giving roles. Think we had so many Travelers since 3 of the players don't like bluffing when evil and find that bluffing Travelers is much easier and the other 3 said they had to leave in less than an hour. Should I have set a maximum number of Travelers for the game? I couldn't find anything in the rules, subreddit, or wiki on this topic.
